About

 Dr Heather N. Maietta

My work centers on supporting career coaches in moving beyond surface-level coaching methods. I teach coaches evidence-based frameworks and strategies that create measurable impact for their clients.

This focus comes from lived experience. Early in my own career, I navigated 14 different jobs before finding my professional direction. That journey impressed on me the importance of skilled guidance during times of transition—and how profoundly it can shape someone’s career trajectory.

Today, I draw on two decades of education and experience, and years of mentoring and certifying career professionals to help them deepen their practice and confidently position themselves as trusted guides in an evolving labor market.
